I’m a science-led naturopath and practitioner with a special interest in women’s health, metabolic resilience, and gut health.

I approach health as a continuum, not a collection of symptoms.
Lasting wellbeing begins internally - through digestion, hormonal regulation, metabolic health, immunity, and nervous system balance. From there, it extends outward through structure, movement, and physical resilience, and is ultimately reflected in the health of the skin.
My work integrates functional nutrition, naturopathy, intelligent movement, and physiology-informed skin health to support the body as a whole system. This is care designed for long-term health, not short-term fixes.
