Yuwa is a science-led naturopath, nutritional therapist, certified stott pilates instructor and speaker. Special interest is in women’s health, metabolic resilience and gut health.

Yuwa leads a systems-based health practice grounded in stewardship — offering care that is precise, thoughtful, and deeply personalised.

The work integrates functional nutrition, naturopathy, intelligent movement, and physiology-informed skin health to support the whole person. the work honours the body as something to be cared for — not controlled — and supports inner transformation that is reflected outward.

I support health from the inside outward — regulating internal systems, strengthening the body through movement, and reflecting that health through the skin.
