Programmes
Care, Personalised
Our services are designed as personalised care, not one-size-fits-all programmes.
Custom Timelines
Timelines and recommendations are tailored to your needs and capacity for sustainable change.
Graduated Support
Care is offered across three levels, depending on your needs, complexity, and capacity.
Depth Over Quick Fixes
We prioritise depth of care, clinical integrity, and long-term outcomes over quick fixes.
Guided Pathways
Each pathway is designed to meet you where you are — and guide you forward with clarity.
All programmes are customized
Rather than offering one-off sessions or generic plans, support is structured in layers to allow for depth, safety, and meaningful change over time. This approach recognises that complex bodies, long-standing symptoms, and life-stage transitions require more than quick fixes.
How is care structured
Health begins with internal regulation. This work focuses on the internal systems that underpin energy, mood, digestion, hormones, immunity, and long-term resilience. Through functional nutrition and naturopathic care, we address underlying imbalances rather than isolated symptoms.

Pilates & Natural Movement
Offering Online & In-Person Classes
Movement is offered as a parallel stream of care, supporting the body’s structure, posture, and nervous system — and complementing internal health work.
Movement influences circulation, nervous system safety, hormonal regulation, pain, and overall vitality. Pilates is used as therapeutic tool to support posture, strength, mobility, and resilience.
Sessions are personalised, preventative, and capacity-building — designed to complement internal health rather than compete with it.
This is movement for longevity, confidence, and structural integrity — not just aesthetics.
Pilates and natural movement are used therapeutically to:
• build strength and stability
• support posture and mobility
• improve body awareness and confidence
• promote resilience and longevity
Sessions are available
• online and in person
• on their own, or alongside health programmes
Sessions are available online and in person and can be accessed independently or alongside health programmes. They do not replace clinical care, but they often enhance its outcomes.
Physiology-Informed Skin Health
Customized care for skin health.
Skin is not separate from the body — it reflects internal health, circulation, inflammation, hormones, stress, and recovery.
Our naturopathic skin health formulations are designed to support the skin’s natural barrier and repair processes, complementing internal and structural care. Products support the body’s biology rather than overriding it.
This is intelligent, luxury skincare rooted in physiology — supportive, not corrective.
Skin health supported as an expression of internal and structural balance

Most Common FAQs
-
Yes, these life stages are a core focus of my practice. I support clients through concerns such as cycle irregularity, PMS, PCOS/endometriosis support (where appropriate), preconception preparation, and the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause (energy, mood, sleep, hot flushes, weight changes, and more). We’ll look at the whole picture: nutrition, lifestyle, stress, gut health, and key biomarkers - so your plan is tailored to your body and your goals.
-
Yes. My approach is evidence-informed, which means I combine the best available research with clinical experience and what’s realistic and sustainable for you. I draw on functional nutrition, naturopathic principles, and physiology to understand potential root drivers, then create a practical plan you can actually follow. Where evidence is limited or mixed, I’ll explain the “why,” the options, and we’ll decide together what makes sense for you.
-
Absolutely. My work is designed to complement conventional medical care, not replace it. If you’re working with a GP, gynaecologist, endocrinologist, or fertility specialist, I’m happy to collaborate and help you implement supportive nutrition and lifestyle strategies alongside medical treatment. With your consent, I can also review blood work and reports you already have and help you prepare questions for your appointments.
-
Not necessarily - but meaningful change often takes time, especially with hormones, digestion, and long-standing symptoms. Many clients feel best with a short series of sessions so we can assess what’s going on, implement changes gradually, and adjust based on how you respond. You can start with one consultation and then decide on the level of support that fits your budget, timeline, and needs.
-
Yes. All sessions are delivered online (typically via Zoom) using Practice Better, so you can work with me from anywhere. You’ll also have access to secure messaging/resources (depending on your package), and we can share plans, notes, and recommendations in one place. Online care is flexible, convenient, and works well for ongoing support.
-
That’s very common. Most people aren’t sure at the beginning. An initial consultation is the best first step: we’ll map out your symptoms, history, priorities, and what you’ve already tried. You’ll leave with clarity on next steps and a plan that feels manageable. Whether that’s targeted nutrition changes, lifestyle foundations, or further assessment.
